My Current Muses
Regardless of who you are or what you do, you probably rely on something to keep you going and push you to the next level (even if the next level is simply getting out of bed).
Throughout 2020 my Inspirations have changed because, frankly, life has changed quite a bit. Sometimes for good sometimes and sometimes for the worse, but it has continuously been in flux.
I’ve moved, I’ve started a new career, and I also have been off Medium for a couple of months, and I am glad to be back.
In my Social Circles, I am usually the encourager or cheerleader for all of my friends and family because I have a limitless supply of energy, and I am an eternal optimist, but sometimes I get down too.
Fortunately, I’ve taught myself how to enjoy, or at least stay constant, during periods of unknown and boredom and less-than-ideal situations.
This brings me to my new inspirations. Up until March, most of my muses were business success stories or inspiring Fitness Journeys or other crazy optimistic odds-defying examples of heroism, but today I’m finding joy in smaller, much more Me-centric things, and that’s okay.
